Was only looking for quotes for a two part bathroom, but mainly the shower section. Not only were they the lowest bidder, but their quote was also discounted and they took care of the entire bathroom, not just the one section. Chris, our painter, easy to talk to and answered all questions and kept me up to date during the process. From start to finish, they were punctual, great on communication and fare on pricing! Jesse painted the exterior of our home in August. It is now November that I am writing a review. I purposely waited a couple of months allowing time to see if any problems show up. I am very happy to say that everything they did was done professionally and beyond my expectations. The paint he used is the highest quality. The prep was done meticulously (no bubbling or chipping).
There are no oversprays or sloppy trim edges. Everything is just as Jesse said it would be, which I have not found to be the standard for the many contractors I have hired in the past.
All in all, I am 100% satisfied with Jesse and his crews, professionalism, skill, and integrity. This is a company that doesn't just use those terms for advertising but they live and work by them!

We hired Jesse and his team to paint the full interior of our 3,000 sq. ft. home which was not a small job! From start to finish, we were nothing but completely satisfied. To try and stay brief, here's a list of positives:

We recently hired Jesse at Capitol Painting Co. and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. I interviewed five different painters who all had good reviews online. What really sets Jesse apart from the rest is his absolute genuine desire to serve the customer. One thing I really appreciated was the excellent communication. From the initial phone call inquiring about his services to the follow through after the project was completed, his communication was great. The initial walkthrough of our project took about an hour and was far more thorough than any of the other painters I met with. He asked question, provided thoughtful insights and made sure we understood the process and the materials to be used on our project. He was on the higher end of the scale when it came to cost but after interviewing several painters I felt the most comfortable with Jesse. We painted our house years ago and wanted to maintain our more intricate paint scheme with french wrapped trim and multiple color schemes. Some of the other painters tried to talk us out of doing it because it was quite involved. Jesse never tried to conform us to what he wanted to do. He wanted to ensure we received what we desired. His team was great and what we really liked was the positive attitude he and his crew had on our job site. We often heard laughter and singing. It was quite refreshing to observe that. The quality of the work was great. In our final walkthrough we noticed a couple of spots that needed some minor touch ups and he was very eager to address those areas for us. Communication was great with Jesse setting up a group text for the project so we were all on the same page. Definitely take advantage of Jesse's color consult – he picked the perfect accent color when I just couldn't decide. Jesse has an eye for any potential issues that may come up during the project and lays out a clear plan. His crew of Chris and Hunter and everyone else were so kind and respectful, and very considerate of my working from home and dealing with two large dogs who were not happy with strangers on the property. Their work ethic is top notch, and their work product is perfection. From the powerwashing, to the repair of some rotten wood and siding issues, all the extensive prep, the painting, and the final inspection, I couldn't have asked for more from this team.
