Capitol Painting Company Reviews | Olympia, WA

We couldn't be happier with the job Capitol Painting Company did on our home. From the first estimate to the final walkthrough, everything was handled with professionalism and genuine care. The team showed up on time every day, kept us informed at every step, and took great care to protect our furniture, windows, patio, and landscaping.

The quality of the work is outstanding. The lines are crisp, the coverage is flawless, and every detail was finished with precision. Our home looks brand new, and we've already received compliments from neighbors.

What truly set them apart, though, was how Jesse and his team treated us. They didn't just treat us like customers; they treated us like family. They listened to our ideas, answered every question patiently, and made us feel completely comfortable having them at our home. You can tell the team takes real pride in what they do.

If you're looking for a painting company that delivers beautiful results and treats you with kindness and respect, look no further. We'll be calling them again for future projects and recommending them to everyone we know. Thank you for an amazing experience!

If you’re nostalgic for the way service used to be, I have incredible news: Capitol Painting Company holds itself to the utmost standard, and it is with sincerity and attentiveness that the team members serve you.

We initially overheard Jesse working with our neighbor, and his kindness and patience were noteworthy. When we called him for a quote for our own home, we were grateful for his depth of knowledge and particularly for the surprising amount of time this busy man spent educating us on our choices, the industry in general, and even the tools to use in evaluating contractors so we knew how to research other bidders on our house.

We obviously chose Jesse, and during the days it took him, Hunter, and Chanta to paint our home, we were deeply impressed with their professionalism and exceptional work. We couldn’t be happier with the improved appearance of our home!

It bears mentioning that when it was discovered toward the end of the process that there had been some confusion about a small detail, Jesse proved true to the objective he had stated at the very beginning: He wants to exceed your expectations. And so he put in the extra work and expense to ensure that everything was perfect for us. This is important because it assures potential customers that this isn’t just a motto for him; he means it.

We wholeheartedly recommend Jesse! He and his team at Capitol Painting Company deserve the business, and we can only imagine you’ll be as pleased with the outcome as we are.

I absolutely loved working with Capital Painting Company! Jesse and the entire team worked together so well, and they were honest, professional, and truly dedicated to taking care of their customers. Their knowledge and experience in painting skills and techniques were very impressive.

I really appreciate their hard work, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. I highly recommend Capital Painting Company to anyone looking for quality painting work and a trustworthy team!

We were looking for someone we could trust on our Cedar home. After meeting Jessie, it was clear he had the expertise we were looking for. He & his crew exceeded our confidence upon completion. Considering the poor condition of our home's original stain, Jessie was very helpful & patient with helping us choose the perfect product.
Hunter & Chantha took great pride in their work & it showed. They took care of every detail, including underneath areas that were not even visible. And they followed through with a great clean up!
Rest assured, this is a company who will bless you with INTEGRITY, matched with QUALITY WORKMANSHIP!

Jesse and Chris from Capitol Painting made the process of painting our home simple and enjoyable. From selecting the paint colors to prepaing the house to the final coats, they were professional, friendly and thorough. Great communication throughout the project. Fairly priced. Highly recommend.

Jesse and his team did a fantastic job painting our house. They were very good answering our questions, supporting us thru color choices, and the quality of their work was exceptional!

Our experience with Capitol Painting was fabulous. From the moment Jesse came to give us a bid till they day they were complete with the job. His crew of Chris,Josh,Judah, Hunter and Chanta ( hopefully I didnt forget anyone). They were so respectful to us and our home. By they time they were done we felt like family. The painting job was superb and done exactly when we were told it would be. There was also alot of siding and boards they had to replace before they could even start.Communication with scheduling and what work would be done was great. Also any communication about times and day was done in a timely manner. Can't say enough about this company and its employees. If you ever need any painting inside or out done give them a call. You will not be sorry.

We chose Jesse and his team after interviewing 4 companies and he and his team did a great job. His bid was the lowest but it was very detailed and in giving an overview of the project he demonstrated great knowledge and experience and a thoroughness the others lacked. Our house is large and over the course of several days we saw the same workers, along with Jesse, on the job each day so we got to know all of them and were always able to communicate easily. The team was very professional and diligent as well as being genuinely nice people and we are really delighted with the results. We’re glad we chose them.

Fair price and straightforward to work with. Very professional and exceeded expectations on painting of my house. On top of that, the crew was a really great group of guys.

Capitol painting did an excellent job on my home. Very detailed and professional. Looks great!! Jesse is a great communicator and paint consultant. We would recommend Capitol Painting for any painting job. Thank you Jesse!
